Desert to Summit serves adolescents and adults (ages 8–98) across Colorado and Arizona, with deep focus on adult neurorehabilitation: stroke recovery and aphasia, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, and dementia. Additional focus areas include voice disorders, gender-affirming voice care, dysphagia, and school-age language and learning.

Most major commercial and government plans are accepted. All services are delivered virtually, which removes geography as a barrier for patients across both licensed states.

For hospital and neurology partners: Sam is especially focused on supporting patients in the transition home after a hospital or rehab discharge. That's the window when continued care most often falls away. We welcome warm handoffs from inpatient rehab, neurology, and primary care teams.
